All athletes who have qualified to JO Nationals or Eastern Championships MUST complete their bios by clicking the link below:


The deadline for submitting this survey is Wednesday, April 26, 2017.
No information will be accepted after this date.

These surveys are used by USA Gymnastics for information and promotional purposes, including posting pictures and bios of the winners.

The National Championships Meet Hosts may also use these bios to publicize human interest stories about the athletes.
Most importantly, it allows us to provide information on the high school-age athletes to the NCAA* coaches in attendance.
Even if you are already signed with a university, we are asking you to complete the survey, as it’s important that the collegiate coaches are aware of who has already committed to a university.

* Information about all high school –age athletes will be distributed to the NCAA coaches in attendance. Any information regarding GPA, SAT/ACT scores, as well as personal information such as addresses and phone numbers will be considered confidential, and will only be given to accredited college coaches.

Coach Changes for JO and Easterns

Meet Reservations have been opened for JO National and East/West Championships.  Club Administrators may log on and make changes for COACHES ONLY until Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 5:00pm EST.  You MAY NOT modify athlete rosters.  The instructions are below.  NO changes will be accepted after the cut-off date.  Please note that Club Administrators must make the change.  Your coach may or may not be a club administrator.  If your coach logs in and is not a designated Club Administrator for their club, they will not be able to make changes.


Club Administrators How To Modify a Reservation

Step 1: Club administrators log on to the USA Gymnastics website and click on Member Services

Step 2: Click on Club Administration link located on the left hand side

Step 3: From the drop down menu select Meet Reservation

Step 4: The next screen will then provide a list of events that the club has current reservations placed.

Step 5: Click on the meet reservation that needs to be edited.

Step 6: Once selected click on the modify button.

Step 7:  From this screen you will be able to add and/or cancel reservation, as well as, update an individual level. Once the modifications been submitted email notification will be sent to the club contact, meet contact and the meet director. You must add coaches before you remove the ones who will not attend.  Please register only those coaches who will be attending the meet.  The host club WILL NOT distribute credentials for an entire staff.

  • Please note, each sanctioned event does have meet reservation deadlines.  The deadline for JO’s and East/West  changes to the coach roster is Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 5:00pm EST.

Once the final reservation has been submitted confirmation will be emailed to the club contact, meet contact and the meet director of the event.


Club Administrator What If?

What if some of my coaches are not appearing to select for the event?

~An athlete and/or professional “coach”, will not appear if

~Their membership expiration date is valid through the last day of the competition

~They have an incorrect level and/or discipline associated with their membership

~They are missing an educational certification and/or background check certification

~They are not affiliated with your facility
